Our service standards are: |

- All shipments are followed up from the beginning until receiving goods to the end and shipping finished through phone calls
- All trucks are cleaned both inside and outside to assure that our trucks are clean and odorless before the next shipment.
- Dataloggers, temperature logging tools, are attached in the container.
- All trucks are well maintained by the service center, checked according to the mileage and temperature controllers are regularly checked.
- There is a Precool process before every shipment, and temperature controllers are always on during the whole transportation.
- Customer secrets are securely kept, as top policy
- All staff are punctual and responsible for their assigned jobs.
- There are trainings for all staff about refrigerated/ frozen products and all equipments, Staffs can do their work most efficiently.
